1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Each print is carefully handled, quality-checked, and packaged to ensure optimal presentation and protection.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide.
Shipping is available to residential and business addresses. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Packaging & Handling
Prints are archivally protected using acid-free sleeves and rigid mailers or tubes, depending on size.
Each package is hand-assembled with care to minimize the risk of damage in transit.
6. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
7. Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local handling charges imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase.
Marek Wilinski Art is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
