1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Each print is carefully handled, quality-checked, and packaged to ensure optimal presentation and protection.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Shipping is available to residential and business addresses. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Packaging & Handling

  • Prints are archivally protected using acid-free sleeves and rigid mailers or tubes, depending on size.

  • Each package is hand-assembled with care to minimize the risk of damage in transit.

6. Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

7. Customs & Import Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local handling charges imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase.

  • Marek Wilinski Art is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
